Producer and audiovisual director with 11 years of experience leading content creation teams for different audiences on digital, radio, television and print platforms.
Her experience includes direction and production of web series, co-direction and general production of documentary series and pilots for television, and the production of short films and TV commercials in Colombia and the US.

CRISTINA CARRASCO HERNÁNDEZ

EDITOR

Director, visual artist, documentarian, videographer, producer, photographer, teacher, and entrepreneur. Since 2000, she has worked in a wide variety of audiovisual productions as a director, art assistant, cinematographer, camera assistant, and director. Catalina is currently working on the post-production of her first feature-length documentary made onboard the ARC Gloria flagship. She is also the creator of Videorgánica, a company dedicated to the production and realization of documentary video.

Born in Caracas, Cristina began her career as an editor in film, TV, and commercial content in Venezuela in 2005. Since moving to Buenos Aires in 2007, Cristina has edited five feature fiction films, three feature documentaries, and various TV documentaries and shows. She edited the Paramount comedy Re Loca, co-edited La Familia -premiered at 2017 Cannes Film Festival’s Semaine de la Critique-, edited Tiempos Menos Modernos -screened at Montreal Film Festival-, and Magalí -screened at Mostra de São Paulo.
